Q: How to set the night light to color changing mode?
A: Hello Susie Q, thank you for your question. While in the LOW soft white light setting, press the mode select button again and the night light will begin to automatically cycle through each of the eight preset colors. Press the button once more to stop on your color of choice.

Q: I've had my nightlight for a few months now, and it will not shut off automatically in daytime or when the overhead light switches off. The sensor is not obstructed. What's up with this?

Q: Does this product have a polarized plug? I need one that has two prongs the same size and I don't see that information anywhere.

Q: Does this have manual on/off capability? I need it to stay on in a light room for a theater set. If not, how low does the light have to be for the night light to turn on? Thank you
A: Hi MK, thank you for your question. No, our GE Color Changing LED Night Light does not feature a manual on/off feature. The night light uses light sensing technology to turn the light on in the dark and off in the light. We recommend placing the night light in a low ambient of dark location. The night light will stay on until it is no longer dark in the location. Q: Does this have a light sensor or do I manually turn it on and off?
