Q: is this compatible with apple homekit

We do offer Cync Lighting with Matter technology that are compatible with HomeKit. Q: Can this bulb be used in a 3 way lamp?
A: Hello - Thank you for this great question! Cync Reveal HD+ Full Color A21 Bulbs can be used in three-way lamps, but they will not have the three-way dimming functionality. Q: Any tips on how to get the app to locate the lightbulb? I feel like I have gone through all the steps multiple times, but nothing is working. I must be missing something. All suggestions are appreciated.

If the Cync app is not locating your Cync Reveal HD+ Full Color A19 Bulb, we may need to factory reset the bulb to ensure it is in a pairing mode. To factory reset the bulb, turn it on and off at the light switch five times, or until the light bulb flashes. If your bulb does not flash, or if the Cync app does not locate the bulb after it flashes, please consider giving us a call at 1-844-302-2943.
