Very high quality built, easy to install and unlike many products, it works without hassle. However, the led indicator is too bright and impossible to adjust or turned off. This is only downside and honestly inside bedroom is a big deal I wish with the high price tag it has, I could adjust or at least turn off the led indicator off

It was vert simple to install (if you do not know hoe to work with simple electrical wires, please call an electrician) and I was so happy with the entire end look of it. The switch makes life so much simplier, as to why it is called a smart switch. I recommend it to anyone looking to further expand their smart home features and/or appliances.

The hands down, best feature is being able to manage the lights from the phone app, without leaving the comfort of the covers. Also, I set up a routine in the app to have the lights come on automatically to make getting up just a bit easier. No additional hub is required, and it is beyond easy to install. Despite all of the automation, there is still a standard on/off/dimmer switch on the wall that I can use to mange the lights "the old fashioned way." I will be installing more of these lights throughout my house!

Once installed, the light switch connects seamlessly to the app which allows me to control the light. Overall, this product is cool and is an innovative version of a regular light switch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m always either forgetting to turn off the light in the bathroom or don’t like getting up in the middle of the night and having to turn on bright lights to use the bathroom. I had hubby install this 3- wire dimmer switch by GE in the bathroom and I’m so glad that it works as it should. My husband had no issues installing this switch. It was pretty easy for him to get this installed, app downloaded on both our phones, connected to our wi-fi service and ready to use. I think I’m the most excited person in the house to have this smart switch available and to be able to use my voice or the app is such a big help. I found it easy enough for me to link to our Alexa/Google devices on my own. We will be getting a couple more switches for our dining room and bedroom as well.

Simply connect the wires according to the provided wiring diagram and voila, you're off and running. When setting up the switch with the app, I ran into some issues initially with getting the switch to connect and in keeping the switch separate from the other smart bulbs I already had in the same room. Once I figured out that I had to place them in their own rooms in the Google Home app, I was good to go. I love the illuminated ring which makes it easy to locate the switch at night. It also gives it a high-end look for a not-so-high-end cost. Considering similar smart switches are double the price, if not more, this one is a great deal. As for the functionality, the reason why I wanted this particular switch so badly is that you're able to control non-smart bulbs using BOTH a regular on/off button AND with the Google Assistant. In addition, I wanted something that could fix my one-switch-is-always-in-the-on-position-and-it-drives-me-crazy three-way switch in our bedroom and this will do just the trick. I didn't want any indication of a switch being on or off in the three-way, since often one or more of the switches are in the "up" position, and in my mind it doesn't look clean. Obviously just a nit-picky thing but it is an important aesthetic for me.

It configures dimming for all types of bulbs, which is a big deal. No light flicker, smooth operation and easy to set up automation schedules. The only issue is if you lose wireless connectivity the switch flips to a lower dimmer setting. You can manually bump it back up or use Alexa to voice control it to 100%.

The install was super easy and the functionality was integrated easily into my system. It can easily be used with Alexa and it works well as a regular physical switch too.

The installation part was actually pretty easy. Setting up Alexa and getting it to stay connected was a whole other matter. Not sure yet if it's a wifi issue or software issue, but it hasn't been consistent and can be borderline frustrating sometimes. Will tinker with it more cuz I really want this to work.

You have to hard wire the switch itself so make sure you know what you're doing. Then download the app and boom control your switch. Dim your lights, cut them off, or turn all the way up. Mine is in my bedroom. I would recommend it to anyone.

It is nice to change the brightness of the room without having to go across the room when you're already comfortable. It does take a bit to connect, but that's okay doesn't bother me at all. The pros outweigh that minor issue. I definitely recommend and will purchase more for other spaces in the house.

I have absolutely zero experience with wiring or anything electrical, but I followed the directions and had it up in running in about 15 minutes. I then spent a few minutes connecting it to my Google Home and Nest Hub. Everything works as expected and I was able to replace a glitching smart bulb that has been driving me crazy. I love that you can dim the light and turn it on and off with your voice. All in all, I am happy with this switch because it does what I needed...dims the lights. I took off one star because it had a hard time connecting to my wifi in the beginning and I have to reset it via my app from time to time.
