I love these! I’m a women’s 10 and these are the right size for going between my big toe & first toe, but I need it between my pinky toe and its neighbor. I just put on socks over it to hold it in place and it works perfectly.

Keeps my big toe separated from my other toes. Lasts long. It's been about a year & still working. I wash it with soap & water everyday & let it air dry so it's clean & returns to its normal shape. I also use it when I workout. When running though, it can pop out of place likely from the heat & sweat of my feet changing the shape of the gel & slipping out.

I like these tie spacers so far. Have been using them for a week . My big toes have been facing inwards due to constant standing at work and maybe due to ill fitting shoes and it was hurting to stand . Gave these a try and the pain in my feet has reduced considerably:)

I love these! Can't feel them between my big and second toe (bunions). I wear them with my designer slides to straighten my big toe. Since they are clear they are not noticeable! Highly recommend!
