You can take them without food or water which is a big plus for me. You just let them dissolve under your tongue. You just dispense 5 pellets into the cap by twisting it, and drop them under your tongue. I would definitely love to try some of the other different ones They have for different symptoms.

They are easy to administer, even to infants, babies, and children. The pellets can be given directly or diluted in water and given this way throughout a longer time frame. These are easily transported and useful for travel. I highly recommend them but think a basic class to learn about them and their uses is very helpful!
