While it is not as strongly pain relieving as an ibuprofen or naproxen— It doesn’t have the “bad stuff” in it either. It is pleasant to take and does relieve pain. Occasionally I have to back it up with a regular OTC brand, but most times it takes care of what I need. You don’t have to worry about it bothering your stomach AND It doesn’t have the ubiquitous lactose ingredient that most of the homeopathic’s have for whatever reason. When you are lactose intolerant, it just adds insult to injury! I like it.

I bought this hoping for an effective, natural alternative to advil for my arthritis and muscle pain. I've tried it 3 times and experienced ZERO relief. Equivalent to taking a sugar pill which is what it tastes like. Sadly disappointed.
Good alternative to OTC pain releivers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using another brand of arnica arthritis pain relief for years. When a discovered Genexa has a similar product, I compared the two. Genexa brand has similar ingredients but without sugar and other unnecessary ingredients. After all, sugar is part of the problem/cause of inflammation. Plus, it works!

I gave it a couple shots, but ended up leaving this in the back corner of my medicine cabinet and went back to continuing to take aspirin as needed.
