It works so much better for me than melatonin or actually any of the other natural remedies I've tried. It relaxes me to the point that I slip right off into a peaceful nights sleep. Helps me not to wake up 2 or 3 times every night like I used to do! On the occasion that my 11 year old grandson needs so help to fall asleep, Sleepology works well for him, too and I know it's safe to give him. You'll always find a bottle of Sleepology on my nightstand!

This has resolved my issues with sleep. I highly recommend it. If someone is use to taking medication for sleep this likely won’t work for them if you expect it to have the same effect. This product has a different effect in which it feels calming but nothing forced like a lot of sleep meditation.

They’re honestly so tasty, but did nothing for me. No effect on getting to sleep, haven’t been tired in the slightest and it’s been a couple of hours since I took them. They might be calming me a bit though.

I do have trouble sleeping most nights and after taking this I didn't feel like a made a huge difference.

No groggy feeling after waking up. Taste great and I don’t have to worry about taking medication that can be toxic to my body just to sleep good. Working nightshift can mess up my schedule but these help.

I am overjoyed with Sleepology, Since I began taking it I have slept restfully through the night. Other sleep aids like melatonin left me feeling jittery and groggy but not restful. Sleepology calms my entire body. It’s a game changer for me.

I started using sleepology after having about 2 weeks of not sleeping well. I don’t have issues falling asleep but cannot stay asleep. Since taking it I have been waking up more refreshed and more alert during the day. It helps me stay more relaxed at night so even if I do wake up I fall back asleep more easily. It’s really helped to make a difference in how I feel.

I have tried MANY types of sleep aid and none of it helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. Geneva Sleepology really helped me get to bed. I take it an hour before my bedtime and I knock out FAST. I’m so happy to have found a homeopathic tablet that help with sleep. Thank you.

I also don’t like the flavor all too much and since I already take melatonin supplements and multivitamins this wasn’t a great alternative for me.
