[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted the item customized with my new baby's name. I went through all the steps for customization, paid and waited for my order only to receive the item without a name. Site is glitchy I guess. Now I have to go through the return process and reorder. The one phone rep they seem to have is rude also. Not a good experience all around.
