Use the tips & visuals in this guide to make taking your child's body measurements easy-peasy.

Don’t have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Standing with feet together and back to a wall. Measure from floor to the top of the head.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

My toddler would not touch it and when I tasted it I was super disappointed. I know it's basically a step above baby food but I would rate it below Chef Boyardee. I like the idea for those emergency meals where you just need something quick, but for me, this specific dish didn't do the trick.

In a pinch, you can eat them room temperature as well (which lets be honest…by the time my kiddo ends up picking at it even in normal circumstances it is). That being said, it isn’t an every day go to for us. He doesn’t love love it. It is quite saucy too which for developing pinchers, he does end up chasing it around the plate a bit. We usually end up wasting a decent bit of it. (My husband and I have tried what he leaves, and it isn’t really worth us cleaning up his leftovers.) So overall, not something we use regularly, but we do like to have a handful around the house.

It can be hard getting my kids to eat vegetables but he loved them in this meal. It’s the perfect amount of food for a toddler. It had spiral noodles with red sauce and ground turkey. It was super convenient and easy to make, just tear off the film on top and microwave until warm. These are the perfect meals for easy lunches/dinners and great for on the go or on vacation as they are easy to pack and won’t make a mess. Will definitely be getting more.

I don't know how they come up with so many different options for you babies and they never seem to disappoint. I got this about a week ago and was excited for my 2 year old yo try it as it's turkey meat sauce which I've heard is healthier than beef. Although I personally didn't eat it I can say with the lack of leftovers that he thoroughly enjoyed it and I will be getting more.
