A: We completely understand your frustration. We recommend using a warm water bath (not boiling) before using.

A: We do not recommend using/consuming our products past the best before date. The product will have suffered loss of quality, taste and texture.

Q: Can you use this in a fondue machine?

Q: Will this dissolve in coffee (as in sink to the bottom of the mug) or is it too thick, best to be used on ice cream, strawberries, waffles etc.? Thank you

A: Our sauces are designed for hot beverages. While the sauce is thick it can be used in hot beverages. I will require stirring.
