It has this dark cacao flavor, and texture is good as well, and packing is well wrap and nice gold aluminum. I eat this when it is the day of the month and when i have a headache, and the smell of it is not as strong as i thought, and it is unsweetened chicolate and use cane sugar my favorite i was very impressed cane sugar no way and it was true unbelievable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly a rich dark chocolate that I’ve used in baking cookies and melting down for candy. The Ghirardelli brand is by far the best when it comes to pure chocolate. Try shaving them with a grater and sprinkle over ice cream. Such a great.

I cook with chocolate a lot so these small squares made it really easy to weigh out my ingredients. Th flavor is amazing in the desserts i've made with them. Highly recommend

It is the kind of chocolate that makes Willy Wonka want to cage fight a group of Oompa Loompas. It is so intense that I think I might have seen the face of a lost chocolate god after eating some. It is so intense that it absorbs the radiation of the sun and laughs. If you are expecting anything close to milk chocolate, this chocolate will break you. This is the chocolate I picture Ron Swanson eating.

It has such a dark chocolatey flavor, without being bitter and surprisingly, it isn't overly rich either. Just a perfect blend of everything you'd hope a 72% chocolate would deliver. I love it.

They were not silky smooth, but instead somewhat grainy. I had a few other folk try them out to see if they had the same experience, and the all did. Maybe just a bad batch, cuz even though the flavor was supreme, the texture just made them less enjoyable.

I like to have some chocolate with me at all times ( ;-D) so I got these squares to see if they would work for me. I can tell the difference, but the on-the-go convenience does a good job of balancing the slightly less dark flavor.

They are on the lower-carb spectrum so I can enjoy them without guilt. I like to break these up into little chips and put them in my low-carb pancakes or sprinkle them in with my cereal. I will take these to work to help me in an afternoon slump. Individually packaged means they travel well. These are not sweet, but if you love dark chocolate, these are right up your alley.
