GHIRARDELLI Dark Sea Salt Caramel Candy Bar - 4.8oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chocolate bar was perfect by itself but also to make hit cocoa. I took a few pieces melted them a had a delicious treat. I also shaved some and put them on top of my ice cream sundae.

This is quite possibly my new favorite candy bar! It’s not overly salted and I often steer away from things noting salt. Perfect balance of chocolate and caramel.

I recommend having a clean pallet when eating it or the flavors don’t seem to complement each other . The saltiness and Carmel together calm the dark chocolate bitterness and it absolutely great together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved Ghirardelli squares, especially around the Holidays but I have never been a big fan of dark chocolate. Now I know that dark chocolate is the best chocolate for you, especially those with High Cholesterol that love sweets but, I’ve never been a fan. Neither have I been a fan of Caramel. But this gooey and soft combination of Dark Chocolate and caramel sprinkled with sea salt is surprisingly delicious. It’s like that Vegan dish that you prepare for a meat eater that says they can never do Vegan and they end up loving it. The squares are a bit large I wish they were smaller but I think that is their signature square. I also wish the foils was easier to get into though it looks pretty before I opened it. This is definitely a must try.

If you're a caramel person like I am , you cannot go wrong with this sea salt caramel and dark chocolate bar. The saltiness pairs well with the dark chocolate and just makes you want to keep eating. The chocolate bar is easy to bite into, smooth and the caramel is perfectly inside not too hard or chewy.
