When I was defining what to use them for I thought it would be perfect for a delicious holiday dessert! I found a recipe online for dark chocolate cookies and I added the peppermint bark pieces to it. It was a hit at our family gathering! The dark chocolate cookie was perfect with the chunks of peppermint and the other two chocolate flavors. I'm so glad we got this one to try!
