I use this brand mainly for my pastries. A white chocolate ganache for my white chocolate raspberry cheesecake works well I’ve tried other brands and this one definitely is the better choice for me. It’s little for pricey but worth it

I prefer this brand to any other as I have tried quite a few. This is hands down the best for me. Quality and melts easily for ganache and making a swirl peppermint bark.

If you use cheaper chocolate, I have found it clumps easier and it will have an oily texture to it. This Ghirardelli Premium Baking Bar has a smooth and creamy texture without extra oils making the product feel slick. I will pay the extra money for quality ingredients.

The Ghirardelli white chocolate baking bar is the perfect ingredient for any dessert or bake. I will admit I had some left over after using it for my strawberries and cream dessert and enjoyed the decadent and delicious treat. The white chocolate by itself is mildly sweet with a creamy texture that just melts in your mouth. It's an easy ingredient to use and dissolves easily into any mixture. I was able to use it as a frosting base for my dessert and it mixed in quite easily and quickly without any clumps. There are so many other ways to use it in baking and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet white chocolate bar from a brand you can trust.

It was so easy, melted with no problem and once I dipped the fruit into the chocolate and let them sit to harden, the flavor and quality was absolutely the best. I will buy Ghirardelli’s from now on.

It's been a long time since I had Ghirardelli Premium White chocolate but it tasted exactly as I remembered - smooth, creamy, and silky white milk chocolate! I live in Texas where it's very hot and humid and I've had to keep the bar in the refrigerator between uses. I melted 2 squares for a delightful snack of pretzels and popcorn drizzled with Ghirardelli white chocolate and caramel - yum-mmy! I next plan to buy some big strawberries to surprise my sister with because it's her favorite!

Now....I can surely say I can make a bomb cheesecake. I mean next level for sure. I tried the recipe on the back of the package. Never in a million years had I thought to add Ghirardelli baking chocolate to my Cheese cake. Holy Moly! The flavor it added to the cheesecake was out of this world. Everyone in the office wanted the recipe. I will not make another one without adding the bakers bar. Kudos!

I love the soft white flavor as it is a light, and easy to break into pieces and easy to melt. Great for a white drizzle, or melting and adding crushed peppermint to, or in cookies or brownies. I cannot help myself to break off a square to eat while baking.

Very nicely packaged, you can eat this chocolate right out of the package and it melts into a smooth, creamy consistency that makes it great for dipping cookies or fruit. I really like the flavor of this chocolate as it really enhances the flavor of any recipe. If you need white chocolate for a recipe, or just because you like to to eat like a chocolate bar, this is my choice. It does not disappoint. It’s also nice that they include a recipe inside of the outer packaging. I haven’t tried making a cheesecake with white chocolate before, so this recipe just may be my next project!
