I have been a loyal Gillette user since my first shave with Blue Blades at age 15. I'm very disappointed in the last few cans of Gillette Shaving gel. I don't know if the formulation has been changed or quality control is dropping the ball. The gel isn't a gel so much as a slurry. Its very thin and runny. If I have just been getting bad cans of gel, I'll stay with Gillette, but if this is what I can expect, then I am going to switch brands.

Extremely disappointed with my new Gillette Labs razor. Beautiful looking razor with a very comfortable handle, but what counts the most are the blades and they are TERRIBLE after as few as 3 shaves. I have never been able to use one of these blades for more than 5 days before it becomes too painful. Every time I try a Gillette razor blade I go RUNNING back to Schick razors and blades. The quality and durability of Gillette blades and Schick blades is not even close. Schick wins by a mile!!!

I purchased this razor about 4 months ago after reading all the hype. I find it the worst Gillette razor I have used and I have been using Gillette for 40 years or so. I would love to trade it for a Mach 3 or a Sensor.

The new Gillette razor has a great blade but a VERY poorly designed handle. I will not use it long term. The handle is foolishly short and thin and so smooth that it easily slips from a man’s hand. I shave in the shower and drop it constantly winked trying to shave. It was made for someone with tiny hands who does not shave with wet hands

Gillette razors are the best razors out there period. I know I can buy anything Gillette makes and it will be great and this razors is no different. I have used Gillette exclusively for 30 years and I always will.

I have been using 7 o clock twin blade (pack of 5) for the past 10 years. I feel that i get duplicate product compared to the product I bought years ago. The quality is very poor.

I have found after over a month of using this razor, that it provides a very good shave and I want to continue using it. But, why is the handle so small? I have used your vibrating razors for years and thanks to the space required for the battery, it fits a man’s hand pretty well. I don’t understand that this new and quite efficient razor has a handle for a small hand. Can’t you offer some ingenious add on to this razor, a larger handle adapter for larger hands. I have been using Gillette razors for fifty years and find this to be the best and the less than best of all those fifty years.

I am 78. Been using Gillette razors since high school. Recently started using Gillett Labs razors. The first couple were super sharp. Replacement blades were JUNK! It took many more passes and still lots of stubble. Looking for a replacement supplier

When the heated razor was introduced, it was great. Sure, the razors don’t get as hot as any of us would like but it is still a nice comfortable shave. Then, Gillette decided to save a few bucks and nix the old blades and merge the, with another product line. The old refill blades were smoother and the plastic was smoother on your face. I hope it was worth it Gillette. When your copyright is up in a few years, I plan on switching to a copy. Maybe they care about their customers.
