Q: How do you set it at 8 hrs off or how would you know when the fragrance is off? I would like for it to be off more at night, when the bathroom is in limited use.

  • A: Sandra – thanks for asking. There is a 16 hour option that runs 16 hours a day at desired fragrance intensity and 'sleeps' for 8 hours. When the unit is on sleep mode it will immediately go into sleep mode so it’s best to plug in at night.

Q: How long does the light stay blue when the refill is getting low? I never saw a blue light. My unit also never went off and the refill was empty.
