This smells nothing like Vanilla what do ever. It smells more spicy to me more like a pumpkin scented plug in. I have a super sensitivity to scents/smells and I couldn’t stand this scent, I threw all 5 plug in refills of this scenery that I had going in my house car the scent was offensive to me and gave me headaches. Perhaps mine were mislabeled and they weren’t Vanilla scented liquid afterall.

I love vanilla anything scent wise but I just kind of wanted to try something g else after a while. My daughter was disappointed to hear that as she told me she really likes them for the rest of the house. Glade has wonderful refills, and seasonal choices, which I just love.

This scent is soft and lovely. I've re-ordered this scent for over a year and love it for every season. Other vanilla-based scents I've tried are too warm and too overpowering. This scent is absolutley wonderful and makes me happy each time I walk into the room.

Bought sheer vanilla embrace refills at the grocery store this week. I've used this scent for years and am very familiar with the smell and color of the refill. I went to open the refills a few days after purchasing and noticed the color of the liquid was yellow. Upon unscrewing the plastic cap, I smelt it and it's almost as though the refill went bad? Or a chemical wasn't added that should've been? Or something? It smelt lightly of chemicals and nothing else. The scent in the typical sheer vanilla is really nice, but it seems they might have distributed bad batches to retailers without anyone doing an examine of the product?

This is my favorite plug in scent and the only one that doesn't give me a headache after extended use. I have them in my home, as well as my office, and constantly get comments on how "delicious" it smells. This truly smells like a vanilla cloud without being overpowering or having that unpleasant chemical aspect that some scents have. I'm having a more and more difficult time finding it in stores locally and am really hoping it's not looking at being discontinued! Absolutely a scent that should stay as a constant.

I’m picky and this scent is subtle and not overpowering. I usually go for laundry and citrus (fresh) scents. I have three small kids and a dog and Iv gone through all the plugs. The scent is cozy and sweet! Beautiful vanilla and keeps my home smelling fresh!
