Q: Hi! I am mounting this to a platform bed frame and considering a 14 or 16in tall platform frame. Can you share how high the mounting area is off the floor? looks like it’s designed to accommodate different bed frame heights but wanted to be sure.

I like this headboard, but I was hoping for more cream color than tan. You can also see black on the side of the bed. Other than that it feels sturdy and was easy to put together.

I was super excited to get this bed, but my excitement quickly disappeared when I opened the box. The bed is tan not beige at the listing pic and the white stitching which does not look decorative is very visible. The bed was stained, despite being packed in protective paper. I will try to add pics later.
