Summary of reviews
The sensory play jar is a delightful and engaging toy that captivates children with its vibrant colors and customizable fillers. It serves as a calming nightlight and encourages creativity and exploration. While it is durable and secure, some guests noted the need for frequent water changes and the absence of an on-off switch. Overall, it is a versatile and fun addition to playtime, suitable for older toddlers and young children.

My son has autism and he loves these! We have them in just about every color, and I do not dump the water each time because he plays with this every single day multiple times. I just flip them upside down when he isn't playing with them so the batteries don't get used up so quickly, or I add one of the lightup cubes to them. We have only had an issue with one of them with the screws stripping, but other than that these have held up well. I will continue to order as this was a huge YES for us, and he is rough with things.

Normally I only leave a review if it’s something I really like or really don’t like. I thought I was going to like this. You have to change out the water and insides every so often. But if you forget to change it for even a day, it’ll be ruined. If your toddler throws it at all, it’ll break. It’s made for older kids, I guess. It’s a cute idea, but not actually feasible as a toy for toddlers.

Great Sensory/calming jar that my daughter immediately loved and settles her! It's so pretty! But it needs an on off switch! And the fillers should come with resealable bags!

My daughter loved filling this play jar with some cool fillers that she found around the house :) She had so much fun with it. It looked so pretty in the dark you can see the jar changes color every few seconds!
I wouldn’t buy it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the product requires 3 batteries (not included and needs a x screwdriver). Because of the big amount of small parts, the toy cannot be played without closeup supervision. Once it filled with water, it becomes very heavy (indicated 18 months is not appropriate age for this toy). The lights are very bright and flashing constantly, I worried that it can negatively affect toddlers’ mood. My children were all interested in this new toy, but the little one was tired of lifting a heavy jar, and lost interest.
No stuff to put in the jar

Nice but lacking - 11 months ago
My mother ordered this for my daughter and I was so excited to put it together. But was upset cause it's just the jar there was no add in for it. Like the idea just wish it had stuff to go in it
Must have calm down jar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised with how many decorations this came with to add to the jar! My 3 year old daughter loved all of the glitter & being able to fill it up with what she wanted. The instructions say to drain the water out when not in use (which of course we ignored). The light at the bottom changes colors when it's tapped or moved & it turns off if you flip it upside down, so we store it upside down. The lid is removed by squeezing the handles together & twisting off the lid, so I feel it is pretty secured. We have been using this for about a month now & we have had no leaks or complaints!! My little one & I both love this sensory jar. It's great for settling down at bedtime.
Meh, good for babies, any child older than 18 months will get bored quick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if this is supposed to do anything else? All it does is change colors. Blue purple red green orange. It held my 4 year olds attention for a whole minute. I guess it’s better for infants? But it seems like if an infant threw this toy from a high chair, it’d crack. The plastic doesn’t seem very sturdy.
Well made with a lot of fun things to add for different experiences

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this toy just ok. My daughter wasn’t really into it. You have to take the water out of it every day and for the lights to go off. I wouldn’t personally purchase this.

This is the coolest item I’ve got for my kids, they were so impressed when we first got it going and they’ve wanted to play daily to see it glow and light up.

I cannot get my son away from this jar! All you do is put three batteries in the bottom and it lights up and changes colors when you tap it! We like to use it when it is bedtime and time to wind down and read a story. When we are finished, we just store it upside down instead of dumping the water out and it seems to save battery life that way! Such a mesmerizing way to play.
The coolest sensory device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the neatest and cutest sensory toy I have ever come across. I really love the unlimited options on the different things you can add to your bottle. You can take it anywhere, and it really engages my kids' little minds, even my adult mind stayed engaged for quite some time. I love the changing of the lights and I really loved the sea animals we got with ours. It is so simple to use. My only small complaint is that even after making sure the lid was secure, ours leaked. It seemed to have stopped, but I really can't figure out why or how it leaked. It came from the lid portion, and I made sure it was locked. My only thought was the little seal that is right below the lid. I do come with one suggestion, do not add too many color tabs because it will be harder to see the materials in the globe. I overall highly recommend this neat contra ption. It glows with the bottle upward, but when you flip it upside down, it turns off. You can tap it to change colors, and the options of customization are endless. In the end, I don't know who's more excited for it, the kids or me. It's so COOL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is 3 and she loves this. She thinks it’s the coolest thing ever. It has ended up being used as a nightlight. Definitely worth it. She’s dropped it and it is still working and no cracks.

I bought this for my grandpa, who is 95 and living in a nursing home. He loves the light and it was a great OT activity filling the jar!!
