This product is just precious to me, when I'm feeling anxious or overwhelmed I take these drops and my whole body just feels like it takes a big sigh of relief. I don't take it every day, because I don't want to develope a tolerance for it so I use it more 'as needed' & it's been a very comforting thing to have on hand!

I have tried everything under the sun to help with sleep and this is my go to product now to help do so. I was battling anxiety as well and a few drops is all it takes to help calm my racing heart down. Doesnt take much. One of my must haves.

This is so easy to take in liquid sublingual form, in the mouth daily. It is a Wonderful adaptogen herb. It also tastes fine to me; though some people are more fussy about how things must taste for them. :)

I love this product! Just the thought of it makes my heart soften. I always kept holy basil on hand because it is like a rescue remedy on tough days. If I use it everyday it does lose its impact for me, so I don't take it daily for support. I take this as needed, like when I feel myself overwhelmed or agitated; and thus using it every few days or so works EXCELLENT for me!
