It hung very easily with the hardware provided. The only thing I would say bad about it is that I wish the cord could be concealed a bit better but it's not a deal breaker!

The lamp is simple to get mounted on the way and you can just plug it into an outlet and you have a wall lamp. We decided to put it over one side of the bed and we are happy with it.

The instructions clearly state what is included and how it is installed but lets you know there are options available separately as well, like dimming capabilities. I was looking for a quick reading light for night so I did the wall mount and plug option, super simple and intuitive! You can use a screwdriver to create the holes for the anchor/screw mount on drywall but a power drill will get you there faster or on tougher surfaces. Very easy to get the mounting distance exact and slide that backplate on before screwing in the front mount. The woven cord can actually be fed up into the mount itself a bit or cut and affixed into the special plug type for a more permanent shortening. The bulb and shade are quite securely screwed into place and… instant and elegant lighting solution, check! These are the kind of kits that inspire confidence in simple home improvements!
