[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking to replace the builder grade “boob lights” in my house but I haven’t found many flush mount options. The Globe Devo is exactly what I needed for an upstairs landing area. It hangs down less than five inches from ceiling yet is beautiful. The matte brass ring is an update from my existing polished brass and the three tier milk glass part of the fixture is intriguing without being obtrusive. Since it is almost a foot in diameter, it easily covered the footprint of my old fixture. My husband installed in under an hour. Do note that it takes two candelabra bulbs (E12), not provided. Supplies enough light for the area where it is installed but might not be enough for an entire room by itself.

It is a timeless fixture with a modern twist. I love the contrast of the matte brass with the lovely milk glass. My hallway light has been going strong for 43 years now and when I put up my new pendulum clock I realized my light fixture really, really needed updating. This light has become a focal point in the hallway instead of just a light. The milk glass makes the hallway glow. I really love this high quality ceiling light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install but make sure you install the bar across light holder in ceiling this uses a15 base light buls so dont expect to use your regular bulbs back in will not fit use dust mask cause this has insulation on backside to ceiling that will drop fibers while installing the orange wire nuts is only good for single wire if you have two wires like the white wire you will need a yellow wire nut glass is easly to chip if you dont get the screws on side to screw out enough to hold cover up with white light bulbs whith this white glass cover it will cast a yellow light in room so you maye want to use clear bulbs.
