This NOW Gluc/Chon Sulfate supplement provides the daily dosage of 1500 and 1200 respective in just 2 pills instead of the usual 3. The pills are large, but they need to be...have a scored cut-line if you need it. This also has the Glucosamine Sulfate instead of the Hydrochloride (can't remember exact name). The sulfate is more expensive and is the one used in all the studies. Check the Glucosamine to be sure you are getting the right one!!!
