Target really needs to check their expiration dates because I bought these on December 23rd 2024 for my niece in-law he was gluten free and serve them on Christmas Eve to find out that they had expired on July 27th of 2024. They were awful and I was so embarrassed. Target you need to do it better job! I'm so disappointed in you.

They are actually really good crackers. I am celiac so finding good gluten-free crackers that don’t taste like cardboard is kind of hard. The only reason I knocked off a star is because there’s not many in the box for the price.

Someone said “light and airy” I have to disagree with them unfortunately. These crackers are hard, far from airy. And they taste soooo salty. Really was excited to try these too. 😣

I tried these without reading any reviews, which I rarely do, and I am very pleased with the crunch and taste of these crackers. I think I I’ll find them very satisfying as a potato chip substitute with sandwiches and to quell snack attacks. Please keep making these! : )
