Gluten Free Cauliflower Crust Four Cheese Frozen Pizza - Good & Gather™

This was one of our least favorite gluten-free pizzas. The pizza broke apart as I was placing it on the oven rack. It also cooked much faster than the instructed cook time. It ended up being overly cooked around the edges, yet chewy in some spots. It did have a decent taste. The pizza is more of an individual sized pizza, so not enough for my husband and me. Our two toddlers shared the second pizza. If it is on sale, it will do the job, otherwise we would not recommend.

I would give this five stars if the baking instructions were accurate. Nearly burned mine to a crisp because I followed the directions. I’ve had this before and kept my eye on it, and it can actually be good if cooked the right way.

Surprisingly good for a frozen pizza. It has a very thin crust and it does not taste like cauliflower at all.

If you've tried a similar product from Aldi, don't let that stop you from discovering and loving this pizza! The first few times I tried it, I had to double-check the box to confirm it was really cauliflower crust. The crunch, taste, and texture were so impressive—they easily rival some of the top traditional crust pizzas. One thing that stood out to me was the excellent distribution of cheese, far better than some competitors. While I don't have a gluten allergy, I like the idea of a healthier, lower-calorie crust that tastes amazing. It’s perfect for when I want to indulge without feeling guilty, even if I finish the whole thing in one day by myself! I love to top thie pizza with kale and spinach. Here's a tip: this pizza bakes to perfection in just 11 minutes at 450°F (fully preheat your oven for the best crunch). Make sure to finely chop your kale and spread it evenly across the pizza. If you leave large leaves on top, they can get too crispy due to the high heat. Happy baking!

Best frozen gluten free pizza!

This is the best cauliflower pizza I’ve ever had! It doesn’t have a cauliflower aftertaste and it taste just like a regular pizza. I used to go to Trader Joe’s but this is way better

Best frozen GF pizza on the market. I wouldn’t have known it was gluten free. For reference, the Veggie one is nowhere near as tasty. I’m convinced the 1 star reviews are people trying to convince you not to buy these so they can have them to themselves☺️

I've tried just about every cauliflower crust pizza out there, and this is BY FAR the BEST I've ever had. I added ground beef, and italian seasoning and cooked until crispy perfection. So good, I almost ate the whole thing! The crust has a nice crisp, similar to a brick oven pizza.

It tastes bland you will be burping up cauliflower for hours

I don’t normally write reviews but this was really good for gluten free pizza. It was actually bubbly and had some texture. It’s hard to find food gluten free things. Will definitely buy again!
