I bought a variety of panko crumbs to compare them all. These weren't the worst (that would be Kikkoman) but they weren't great. Very bland tasting. I know they are plain, but there's plain and then there's bland. These were very tasteless. They also weren't as crisp as the other brands.

This is my go to gluten-free breadcrumb because it has never affected my celiac disease, and I enjoy the taste as well as the consistency and texture of these breadcrumbs. They worked well in meatloaf and meatballs and even worked with breading my chicken breast! Would highly recommend!

I was excited to see G&G had gluten free bread crumbs & for a decent enough price. They don’t carry them at my local Target so I placed an order with mostly other foods I can’t get at my Target. I have had really good experiences with most things G&G. They aren’t bad but I like Schar gluten free bread crumbs more or will probably just stick with regular panko. As little as I use bread crumbs Schar isn’t worth the price & these aren’t as good as panko. I like them but not enough to special order again.

I’ve only used these in meatballs, not as a coating, but I can’t tell the difference. They are much more like a crunchy panko style breadcrumb rather than regular breadcrumbs.
