This Gluten-Free Spaghetti from Good & Gather™ is a tasty alternative to use in your favorite traditional pasta dishes. This gluten-free spaghetti is made with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. This corn and rice blend pasta is imported from Italy, and can be used as a substitute in any of your favorite pasta dishes — whether you use white or red sauce, or simply toss the noodles in garlic, butter and Parmesan. No matter what kind of weekday or weekend meal you dream up, this gluten-free spaghetti is a great staple to have for a variety of culinary classics.
Prep Directions:
1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil; salt to taste, if desired.
2. Add pasta and return to a boil, stirring occasionally.**
3. Boil 9 to 11 minutes or until pasta is desired tenderness. Remove from heat; drain.
**You may need to break spaghetti or stir as it softens to ensure it is fully covered with water.

I don’t normally leave reviews but had to. So so cheap and delicious and cooked perfectly. one tip, cook it in water with a lil bit of oil ;) I finished a whole box myself in two servings it was so good.

I have celiac disease and I’ve had every gluten free pasta you can think of. After many many years this is the best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had in my life. It didn’t break apart excessively, it had great flavor.. honestly can’t tell the difference between normal pasta and this gluten free pasta. Absolutely amazing.

Best gluten free noodles ever! Don’t walk away from the pot, you cannot do that with any gf noodle. The taste and texture is so superior to any gf noodle I’ve ever had. I’m so sad they don’t sell them in my store anymore.

As I put this in the pot to boil I pulled up the reviews and was quickly horrified that I'd really screwed up by buying this but honestly I'm pleasantly surprised. At the nine minute mark it was pretty al dente - I cooked it about three more minutes then and it was perfect. My family said they couldn't tell that it wasn't normal spaghetti. Would recommend!

I find doing gluten free I absolutely have always do aldente. Do not overcook. It ruins the consistency and they turn mushy, if you cook too long Really good GF pasta

Listen, I NEVER write reviews but this one is really bad. I’ve gotten it in the past and have always thought that it was the meat I was eating that was making me sick. Changed the meat only to find out that it was this pasta. I woke up at 3 in the morning with problems after eating this. DON’T get it. It’s not worth it. (The Barilla one is good though)

Since the economy is garbage so is this thin spaghetti. It is not spaghetti. Use to like this it is very favorable to Barilla. Will not buy again since everything is overpriced with bad quality. When I boiled the noddles it was a foamy white color.
