[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know if it's working yet. I'm losing a lot of hair in my old age. However, I do feel like my hair is stronger and less frizzy since I started using.

works well, but pills are like horse pills! too hard to swallow. would rather take two smaller pills. other than that, it helps thinning hair. amazing.

I've been using this product for 2 months now - not really long enough to notice much of a difference but I'm almost out and noticed the branding is different on these new bottles. Why has the formula completely changed? Soy is a major allergen and I have to avoid it. Now I can't take this supplement anymore. I really don't understand why soy needs to be in EVERYTHING. It's not healthy, go back to the old formula!

I have fine thin hair. My hair dresser suggested these vitamins to me . I have been taking them for 8 yrs and i can see a great difference in my hair. I will never have a thick mane of hair but .. i do have healthy shinny hair , it grows much faster and i actually like my hair now.. I highly recommend them !!

They make my hair super thick even my hair stylist asked me was I taking any supplements done she noticed the change, take them constantly for 3 months

I have used Women's Ultra Nourish-Hair for many years, and I highly recommend this product. Many oral hair supplements contain a high amount of Vitamin A which I do not wish to consume. I have always been a believer in the benefit of vitamins and supplements. I feel that the ingredients in this product are not only beneficial for my hair, but also to my overall health. I hope that GNC will always make this product available, and I thank you for the opportunity to recommend it.

So I know it may seem crazy but today marks officially 8 days using this product. I have been taking it every morning before breakfast ..... my hair has way less fallout. Which is amazing because I lose hair like CRAZY. I feel like it has already grown some, but that may just be because I have been using good shampoo and not using any heating style on it. Just let your hair BE! :) take this product, drink plenty of water and eat good! Do not wash your hair everyday, try every other day.

I have had a large amount of hair loss due to hormones/peri menopause & medication. I’ve cut back on heating tools for my hair & extra conditioning; I also added these Supplements to my daily diet. They have made a huge difference for me. I have been taking them for 8 months now & I can see less hair in my drain. I will continue taking them & referring others to try them as well. Great Product!!

After taking this product for a month and a half I did notice less shedding of hair, but I started to get a rash on my thigh and face. I discontinued using it immediately and the rash started to go away. Although there were good reviews, these vitamins didn't work for me.

I’ve colored my hair due to early grays for 25 years. I have a lot of thin hair. I’ve noticed a lot of breakage. I’ve been using a hair, skin and nail supplement for almost a year with no results. I walked into a GNC and the rep suggested this supplement as well as Collagen powder. I’ve taken this for 60 days and honestly after 30 noticed less and less hair in the drain. Typically now the most I’ll see are about 5 strands if any at all. I take 2 pills a day. They are quite large and the taste on the pill coating isn’t pleasant but my hair is growing and not breaking. It’s worth it!

Less hair falls, baby hair grows more! But once I finished the whole bottle and stopped taking it, everything was back to the normal :( You need to keep taking it to solve hair falling problem.

I found a supplement in the ’90s called “Hair Fitness” tried it for 2 weeks then gave up. Thinking it was not working and not realizing I needed to give the supplement 3 months to work. I found it again in 2012 and thought I would give it a try. This time I stuck with it. I took 3 to 4 a day and my hair loss completely stopped. Not one hair fell out of my head. By 2017 my hair had thickened almost to the point where it was in the ’80s. This stuff was a Godsend then in the summer of 2018, they stopped making it. Then my hair began to fall out again! Since that time I have lost over 75% of my hair. I have searched for over a year to find a supplement equivalent to “Hair Fitness.” I started taking “Mega Foods Skin, Nails & Hair.” I have taken it for 3 months and have seen a difference in hair loss. But it wasn’t until I added GNC’S “Women’s Ultra Nourish Hair” to my regiment of hair supplements that I have seen a major difference. I still experience some hair fall but not the loss I was experiencing. It is now very minimal. I don’t know if it is because I have come to the 3-month mark on the Mega Foods supplement or if it is because of the “Women’s Ultra Nourish Hair” supplement, or if it is the combination of the 2 supplements together. I have only been taking the “Women’s Ultra Nourish Hair” supplement for 2 weeks. So I am hoping when I hit the 3-month mark on this supplement that my hair completely stops falling out! The pills are large but so were the “Hair Fitness” pills. Word of advice: The best thing to do when taking such large pills is to take them with food because the back of your throat is open more when you eat. If you don’t take them with food the best thing to do is concentrate on the back of your throat opening up and it will. I've been using this product for about 5 or 6 months and have been pleased with the results. I have naturally very fine hair and last year I was struggling with feeling like I was shedding a lot of hair. I tried some SUPER expensive products for a few months, but obviously couldn't afford that. These are really affordable and have been working well. I take them after my lunch everyday. They're kind of large and I take 2 so it's good on a full stomach. I also take collagen powder and fish oil everyday. So I'm not sure if it's this product or the combination that's been helping. If you're dealing with hair shedding I recommend trying those 3 products together. :) My hair has also grown a lot since starting this.

My hair was falling to much and it's not as bad I'm so happy! and I only drink 1 pill a day
