Item was difficult to assemble. Once assembled the item quality was very poor. Not very durable and seems to be slower than advertised. This will be returned.

Purchased for a Christmas present. Instructions were difficult, there was no number or email to contact for assistance. Once item was put together, the day before Christmas Eve, and battery was charged 8 hours per instructions- the item didn’t work!! As a panicked parent-there was no option besides purchasing another item -different brand-for Christmas morning. I called customer service the day after Christmas, the service agent was very kind, however since item was a target + item there was really nothing that could be done. I honestly just wanted to replace the item, but there was no way to get in contact with the seller.

I ordered this in November as a Christmas present. We didn’t put it together until today so that it wouldn’t be seen. We put it together and were so disappointed to discover a piece missing. The nose of the go kart is just dangling over the front. On sale it was still not inexpensive. I would have hoped for better quality control.
