Our dispenser suddenly stopped working after who knows how long and we couldn't figure out what the problem was. Lots of troubleshooting later, I phoned Gojo and I'm so glad I did. They said it was likely the motor and they are sending a free replacement. I had been thinking I would buy a different dispenser if I had to replace it, but with the free replacement I'm happy to keep using it. It was a good unit before it stopped working.

Batteries are in properly. Mounted properly. Correct soap. Just didn't work. Contacted distributor for a replacement. Didn't work. Both had a sticker mounted inside: 11-24-21. Maybe these are impacted by the chip shortage/replacement chips. One way or another, it's a headache. It's a soap dispenser. I've spent too much time on this and it's just not acceptable.

We have two TFX dispensers. Our employees and clients appreciate the touchless convenience. One of the units stopped working. A quick troubleshooting call with GOJO could not determine the problem. The friendly customer service rep quickly offered to send out a replacement motor to get us back up and going. Great service!

Stopped working immediately after getting. Replaced batteries and still not working. Haven't been able to use. Suppose to have a 3 yr. warranty but cannot get anyone in customer service. Frustrating!!

I always recommend Purell products to customers. Gojo stands behind their products - it's a name & brand you can trust. Does not leave sticky feeling after use - love that!
