Goli® Extra-Strength Sleep Gummies offer a higher melatonin content - 10mg of melatonin per serving size. Goli® Dreamy Sleep Gummies offer less melatonin - 5mg of melatonin per serving size. I got two of these on 12/12/24 because target was out of the 60 count and we looked at the bottle on 12/26/24 and they were expired for about 4 months when I bought them. This a poor part in my end for not checking but a very poor part on target for not taking these off the shelf. I am really disappointed and will be contacting corporate.

I kind of don’t want to write a review because these gummies are ALWAYS sold out. But when I tell you they’re THE BEST to help me sleep. I take ADHD meds and have a hard time falling asleep, and I’ve tried EVERYTHING. These gummies for some reason help me fall asleep so fast, and they’re the only gummies I’ve found with melatonin, l-theanine AND magnesium which is just a *chefs kiss* combo.

These did not work, they keep me up all night. Each time I’ve taken them at bedtime I fall asleep faster but I wake up at least 3 times during the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. These gummies have ruined my sleep cycle for the past few nights. I have sleep anxiety because I generally have a hard time falling asleep/worry that I won’t have energy the next day and these gummies made my anxiety worse. I sleep much better without them.

I have tried a plethora of melatonin gummies over the years, and I think these have to be my favorite. I struggle with ADHD and have to have melatonin to help me get sleepy. Personally, texture is everything to me. These have a specific texture that I’ve never seen before, but I am obsessed with it! It’s definitely on the sticker side; I would compare it to a Mott’s fruit snack. Additionally, the flavor is nice. They have an average dose of melatonin. I have not had a trouble getting sleepy or falling asleep!

Definitely love these. I've tried a couple other brands that have me feeling groggy or a weird headache in the morning. Sure they stick together, but I shake the bottle a little and it loosens a couple up. I take them an hr before bed and I feel surprisingly energized in the morning. However, I normally don't need the next day as I feel more tired by end of day, which is my only dislike. Definitely some interesting dreams with them.

these are the WORST!!! the taste was the only good thing about it but they didn’t help me sleep quicker, keep me asleep, and I still woke up very tired. The cheap generic version works way better than these. Don’t waste your money.
