Description
A hole-in-one is a lot more fun with Gator Golf! Grab your flamingo golf club, and aim to feed this hungry little Gator. Sink your putt by hitting your ball through the Gator’s mouth into his tail to score, but watch out – he’ll flick your ball with his tail for more putting action. The first player to score 3 points wins! Fun, active gameplay gets kids up and moving while developing large motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Cute birds on the Gator’s back serve as built-in score keepers. Gator Golf plays best indoors on low-pile carpet. For 2-4 players, ages 3 and up.

The Mouth Falls Off

Terrible Hose - 2 months ago, Verified purchaser
The mouth doesn't really attach well to the rest of the gator. I thought mine was defective, exchanged it and the other one wasn't much better. Since exchanging did not help, I used gorilla glue on both sides to keep the mouth attached properly and that worked wonders. Also, the first gator golf came with a peanut shell inside which was a bit gross.

The idea of this game is great but the product is unplayable unfortunately. The lower jaw does not remain in place when you have to manipulate the upper jaw to reset the game. You essentially have to fix the toy after every attempt to sink your putt- and that’s even when you just barely touch the gator. Very frustrating game that playing with a toddler is near impossible. The putter is fine- I have no issue with that- although it could be a little taller with the option to shorten it. The number scoring birds idea is a good idea but you can’t see the numbers very well bc they’re green on the gator and finally if you try to change the score on them there goes the lower jaw disconnecting again. Overall a disappointing product that has room for improvement:(

My grandson loved when the ball would pop up from the tail. He didn't use the golf club, he would roll the ball into the mouth, and the ball would pop back out from the tail he would laugh and laugh
Do not buy.

In the 90’s the gator used to spin around and launch the ball with force, now it’s some cheap batteryless thin plastic piece of junk where the mouth falls of constantly and the ball fails to return 9 times out of 10. The club is some cheap hollow piece of plastic. We’ve really gone downhill as a country, all the toys are trash now even the turtle sandbox is a like 20% smaller than it used to be.

The bad reviews scared me for no reason! Got this for our 5 year old nephew as a Christmas gift and he loved it! No missing pieces or damage like the other reviews all say, easy to assemble the golf club (no other assembly at all), and yes you’ll have to open the gator’s mouth after each putt that goes in - but how often is the kid getting every single ball in lol and you’re not playing this game all day long, not enough for it to be an inconvenience. Our nephew immediately learned to reset the mouth open when needed. Other 5’5” adults in the room played too!
Disappointed!

I received the game that I ordered, I opened the shipping box and the game box was opened inside and pieces were everywhere. You can definitely tell the game had been returned because all the bags that contained all the small parts to the game were cut opened and pieces were everywhere. There are pieces that are missing also. It’s going back!

This did not work as advertised. Yes, the mouth closes when you hit the ball in but we were a bit disappointed.

Waste of money. The ball is too hard to hit into the mouth and it doesn’t open back up after you do finally get it in.

The only good thing is that it can pop the little balls out from the alligator. The tongue of alligator keeps falling off. The stick could be longer for adults to play. Very boring game.
