This is NOT a "nonstick" pan, this is an egg magnet. This absolutely destroys anything other than scrambled eggs. I tried pancakes this morning and they got stuck so bad I can't even eat them. I get to go to work hungry and wait until lunch time to eat. This is an absolutely useless pan. What a worthless joke of a company.

First time I used this pan I was in awe of how well it cleaned afterwards. After a couple of meals food started to get stuck on the pan and and it was almost impossible to clean it. I had to leave it soaking overnight.

It's a good weight not too heavy with a wood handle. Pan is described as 10 inches, but the sides are sloped inward. The actual cooking surface is only 8 inches. I made chicken thighs, no problem. Only needed a small amount of oil with no hot spots and browned nicely. Classic cheese omelets. No burnt on cheese and slid right out of the pan for a professional look. As described, nonstick. Clean up also supper easy since nothing stuck to the pan. Only downside was that it did not come with a lid. This would make a perfect bride shower or housewarming gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice skillet/pan. My husband tried using it to cook a steak with high smoking olive oil and that was pretty intense, and amusing. It worked much better when I made grilled cheese with butter. Normally I have to be extremely watchful and I still might have these stick to a pan, but with this one there was no sign of this issue. I am very happy with this. One of the statements it has is I can cook with less butter, which I confirmed. It did stain a little but I'm not worried about that. You can see it in the second and third pictures.

After I I received this pan I quickly made a meal for two garlic chicken and pasta. This pan worked wonderfully as the meal came out perfectly cooked and mouthwatering delicious! This pan has all the qualities I look for when buying cookware. I love that it's made from durable and long lasting titanium and ceramic. This pan is free from any unsafe materials that some brands will use to coat their pans. Which is nice to not have to worry about! This pan is on the smaller side for some. But, it's perfect for small meals, frying up ground meat, making sauces etc. I highly recommend this pan for anyone who likes to cook. This pan will be a perfect addition to any cookware set. It cleaned up super easy when it came time for it to get washed. It had no foods stick to it, at all. This pan is just one of those pans you'll be reaching for whenever you're cooking dinner!
