They are non stick so the best way to try it out was to cook an egg and it worked out perfectly and cooked well with even heat distribution. They are very sturdy and easy to handle. Would definitely recommend!

I love that is dishwasher safe so I can just toss it in dishwasher washer when I am done cooking. It also has texture on the non stick coat which is really nice when I am trying to cook with less oil.
