Description
AirPerfect baking sheets are designed to keep cookies from burning on the bottom, thanks to the double-layer construction with an insulating layer of air in the pocket between the layers. Make from carbon steel, the baking sheets are durable and warp resistant for many years of use. They have a nonstick coating that releases cookies and other baked goods easily. Even better, because the sheets have three flat sides, it's easy to slide the cookies off the sheet with no lifting -- just push them right onto a cooling rack. The fourth side of the baking sheet has a raised lip that's easy to grab, even while wearing oven mitts, so it's easy to get these in and out of the oven. This is a set of two cookie sheets with one large 16 x 14 inch sheet that's great for big baking projects and a smaller 14 x 12 inch sheet that's perfect for the extra cookies that don't fit, or for smaller batches. Not just for cookies, these sheets are great for small pastries, galettes, bread, and much more. These are dishwasher safe, but to extend the life of the sheets, hand washing is recommended.

We got this because it was dishwasher safe however that is not the case. The holes on the bottom left water and when taken out of the dishwasher, dumped this orange-rust colored stuff out. It is very nice but HAND WASH only! And even with that, be careful not to get water in the holes at the bottom.

Dent very easily, the pans I received were actually already dented in the middle. I didn't make a fuss of it though. They continued to get dented worse but today shocked me. I took the pans out of my dishwasher and bright red, rusty water splashed everywhere in my kitchen. All over me, the floors, my counters and stove. Soooo gross. I'm annoyed at having to buy new pans less than three months after purchasing these.

The pan says dishwasher safe but water collects inside the pan through the four holes on the corners and turns moldy inside.

A second time the same products had been delivered open and damaged. The product is shipped in a large box, slides around, cuts the box and damages the cookie sheet on the side. I will keep it because I don't like the hassle of returns but very disappointed in Target's packing process. Will not order heavy items again. Item itself as far as usage is good.

The glue holding these pans together is unbelievably sticky it took forever to get it off and it didn’t come completely off the bottom pan, therefore it’s now ruined! It’s all over my fingers and nails! You really need to rethink your packing! And they weren’t cheap!

The sticky glue holding the label in place and securing both pans was overkill. It took nearly 10 minutes to remove it from the pans, prior to even washing them. Getting the sticky mess off of my fingers. I haven’t tried the pans yet, but I got them on sale for $9.99. Giving 3 stars for the price, taking away 2 stars for the excessive sticky glue.

Let me start by saying I used these to make those monster cookies and they did not stick to the cookie sheet. The cookie practically slid off after it cooled. I use these for more than just cookies. I cook mini pizzas, cinnamon rolls, etc. These are great for anything of a small size that doesn’t pool liquid beneath it. I also find that these do not warp under high heat and gives a crispy bottom with their air circulation technology. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Absolutely in love. You won’t regret this purchase.

I usually like my cookies slightly crunchier so i was hoping these sheets would keep the bottom from getting too hard. They work! Although the bottom of my cookies were a little hard they were def softer than i expected. I also liked that the sheets had one raised side/edge that helped with handling. And the best part was the nonstick surface, the cookies literally slide right off the baking sheet with no issue. I will be using these for all my baking needs. One issue i had was the packaging though. There was a sticky glue holding the label onto the sheets and holding the two sheets together. It was very sticky and was hard to wash off of the surface of the baking sheet.

Easy to slide in and out of oven even though I thought it may be a little harder due to circulating vents on bottom. Overall it was very easy to use and love it.
