Q: Details say one valance included yet says there are 3 pieces. It is really not clear if you get the whole set or just the valance. Also measurements are listed as 63" long. Neither a valance nor tiers would be 63 inches, so what is correct measurements?

A: You get the whole set. It is 36 in. L not 63.
