I’m a fairly new gluten free/vegan eater. Finding this has been like hitting the jackpot. I’ve tried their other flavors like their cacio e pepe (yum!!!!) and LOVED it. So I was super excited when I saw this at the store. It HONESTLY tastes so delicious, even if I weren’t gluten free and dairy free I would still buy it. I like to add in ground beef and make it my own version of hamburger helper.

This was a huge disappointment. Not gonna lie, the branding/packaging worried me. It just doesn’t look like FOOD packaging. But the taste and smell was so strange. I don’t even know how to describe it. Wouldn’t repurchase.

Wow! It has been a challenging journey over the years to find even an edible gluten free and dairy free Mac and Cheese. Goodles has given us an option that is more than just edible. Perfect texture, impeccable flavor, delicious aftertaste are just a few of the benefits. This is by far the best Mac and Cheese I have ever tasted and that includes ones WITH gluten and dairy. Really good for a Gluten Free AND Dairy free. Other reviewers complaining about the noodles maybe aren’t used to gluten free noodles? It’s hard to find products that are BOTH gluten and dairy free and have a decent taste and texture combo. The sauce was the creamiest vegan sauce (yes the flavor is different then non-vegan, but still pleasant) I’ve had in boxed macaroni, and the noodles were actually quite good too, as long as you follow the instructions closely. You need to use a larger pot of water and stir more than you would with normal noodles, and they turn out well. Love that it has more protein and substance than most options. Ive only seen about 3 or 4 other boxed gluten and dairy free Mac and cheese options to date, and I think this is my new favorite.

It’s not my favorite vegan Mac and cheese, but it’s not the worst. It’s very cheesy, has great ingredients, and wonderful nutritional values compared to other brands. I’ve tried the Kraft vegan Mac and that one is terrible, this one I could at least finish. Plus knowing it has great nutrition makes it a huge plus!

Not the best boxed vegan mac and cheese I’ve had, and certainly not the worst. The noodles stuck together and didn’t cook evenly so I would suggest lots of stirring. The sauce is OK, kind of an odd flavor. If you’re vegan but not in need of a gluten free option, the other Goodles vegan flavor is excellent.
