[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rim was delivered with chips to the paint in multiple locations. I'd like customer service to contact me to replace defective part. I can provide pictures. Also, the 15" from mounting position to face of the backboard isn't really achievable with stone coping. I wish the gooseneck was a little longer to allow for coping depths.
