Hi. FOund these and ordered them 2.5 years ago. Took them down each winter (Geneva, NY) but with mild winter this year, they are OUT there. The red one (#1) lost the flag (can get windy, 50+ mph a few times); elastic broke too. I contacted the company, sent a picture of the broken flag / post and viola, a new one showed up in less than a week. GREAT COMPANY, great service and a loyal customer. Fantastic customer service!! My grandson, his friends, neighbors and I love these flags! They work and are very easy to use and take care of!

I found a trick to using them. Use sleeves when putting them in the ground for easy reuse. Buy a 1 or 2 foot length of 1/2" copper tubing and the same length/size of a PVC or CPVC pipe. Cut the PVC pipe into lengths of 6" - 8". Now, decide where you want your flags and use the copper with a mallet or hammer to drive it into the ground 6"-8" at each location. Pull it out and it will extract a plug of dirt. You now have a perfect hole for the PVC pipe. The flag end piece fits perfectly inside the pipe. You can even put a plug in the top of the plastic throughout the winter so you're ready to go in the spring. Works great!
Excellently made for the most

Excellently made for the most part. They may be difficult to get out of the ground. The pointed end that stakes in came apart the first time I tried to pull it out of the ground. It is the same mechanism that allows the flag to fold in half, not sure why it is needed at the bottom of the flag.
