Gotham Steel Copper Grill and Baking Mats - Set of 3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these Gotham Steel Nonstick Grill & Baking Mats to bake cookies. I was very nervous just using the mats without a cookie sheet. My 1st batch I made the mistake of trying to add the cookies then carrying them and the mat to the oven. Was very difficult. My next batch I put the mat on the cookie sheet and then added the cookie dough to the mat and transferred the cookies and the mat on the cookie sheet till I got to the oven. Then I just slid the mat off the cookie sheet onto the oven racks. Getting them out I pulled the mat onto the cookie sheet and took them out the oven. I was very impressed on how my cookies turned out. They were the perfect crisp on the bottom and they were baked all the way through. Clean up was very easy just used a little soapy water and rinsed and dried the mats and they are ready to use again.

So far I've only used them for baking it's still to cold here in upstate. Ny to grill. These matt's are amazing! I baked an apple pie sometimes they can be messy! I put the matt in the and all the juices from the pie spilled onto the matt and not the bottom of my oven! I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Essentially, these mats replace the need for foil. So, if you don't want to get your actual pan dirty, these act about like a double-thick foil liner. I haven't used on the grill yet, but they were easy to use and easy to clean for oven baking.

I love grilling, especially as it gets nicer outside, and my family loves seafood. Other methods of grilling it always end up extremely messy and difficult to clean up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Gotham steel grill and baking mats a couple of times now and they work great. I tried one in the oven and one on my BBQ grill. I baked some pork steaks in the oven and normally they stick to the pan, but the baking mat prevented this. The one I used on the grill was awesome. Usually I have scorch marks on the edges of the hot dogs and hamburgers but the grill may prevented the edges from getting burned. The cleanup was fairly simple. Just wash and dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't own awip grill so got the Gotham Steel Grill & Bake mats for for baking and roasting veggies. We love to have battered or breaded fish and I find with just a baking pan there usually a couple that stick to the baking sheet. These bake mats handily eliminated this problem. The bake mats work well for roasting veggies in the oven and help to use less oil when cooking. The mats are extra large at 12 inches by 17 inches so I cut one mat in half as I tend to use smaller baking sheets more often than a very large one. Cleaning is fairly easy although a bit awkward due to the large size. Just wipe any food residue off and then wash with warm soapy water or put in top rack of the dishwasher. Storage is easy, the mat can be rolled or stored flat. I have a rack for all my baking sheets and just put the baking mat in with the pans.

Perfect brown on the bottom not burned (like I usually do). They fit right on the rack. And how perfect that I can cut them and fit them in any pan/baking sheet. Also perfect for the grill. Nice even cooking and super easy to clean up.

I use one of them as a liner for the toaster oven. It wasn’t too difficult to cut to size. Next up is to try and use the other liner to cook some food on the outdoor grill.

It made cooking veggies on the grill easy I sprayed the sheet just because I wasnt sure if they would stick but they didn't. It was much easier to lay them flat and evenly cook then to put on kabobs. I haven't tried steaks yet. Very easy to use and clean.

Im excited ro see how it works when we start grilling! They aren't stiff they are actually pretty pliable. I think they are awesome!!

We love to barbeque burgers, steaks, chicken, salmon, even pizza! And dessert isn't safe either! If you can relate, I've got the perfect solution for that! I got a pair of Gotham Steel Nonstick Grill & Baking Mats. These mats measure out to 17 x 24 each and come 2 to a pack. The instructions are simple; wash with soapy warm water before the first use, then set down on grill or pan before laying food on top. These mats not only work on the grill, they are also great for baking in the oven. Think messy, sticky cookie recipes. Then imagine no messy cleanup afterwards. I know, mind blowing, huh? I really like these mats. We had chicken one might, then burgers another. Then I realized my hubby hadn't cleaned the grill before using them, so the bottom was nasty dirty. literally rinsed the nastiness off in under 2 minutes with no scrubbing. Then I flipped it over and cleaned off the side that he had cooked on. I was lightly scrubbing it with a scrubbing brush and couldn't believe how easily it was coming off! I actually grabbed my camera because I didn't think anyone would believe that it was that easy. I totally recommend these mats and look forward to getting more so that I can have a set for baking as well!

They are durable and easy to clean and make it much easier to do dishes after baking a sticky meal. When I grilled steaks it eliminated the charcoal marks and grit on my food and still cooked very evenly. I’m very impressed and highly recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I love these baking mats. My daughter and I both share the cooking and these are our favorite go to products. We used to use foil when baking for easy clean up but now we have these and couldn't be happier. The one thing we had to learn the hard way is that when using them things are cooked a little quicker than when we use foil so we have to make sure we keep an eye on the food. The mats don't be hot to the touch when they come out which we love. We highly recommend these mats they're awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these liners a few weeks ago and haven’t had time to use them until the blizzard hit . Now they are getting full use. I made oven fries , they were delicious and crispy. We also made cookies which were little crisper than we would like on the first batch then I cut the time back a a little and watched them closely. Second batch was great. They really cleaned up nice too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the perfect addition to your grill. The mats are almost completely non-stick without adding oil or spray. If you are using a sugary glaze it pays to use a little spray oil. I find that anything cooked with a marinade will hold more of the flavor and meats juices. My favorite thing to cook on the mats is chicken thighs, they come up some tender and moist. I haven't tried salmon yet but it's on my list! These mats are not indestructible, use silicone utensils otherwise you will put a hole in them. A wipe with a damp paper towel, roll 'em up and they are good until you need them again. One mat covers most of the grill, you can overlap them to cover the entire grill, it doesn't make much difference to the cooking temperature.
