Q: How do you take the door off for cleaning? Both my wife and son load the trays on top of the door and stuff falls through onto the door? I don't use it much but I am the one who has to clean it.

Q: if I was to leave this on my counter (stone) in the place where I would use it--how far out from the wall and other items does it need to be? I'm assuming there is a vent and heat being emitted.

A: It states in the instructions it should be clear from anything all around by 4 inches.

The glass in the door cracked within 2 months of using. And today, it’s been 10 months now that I bought this and it just stopped turning on. It does not cook the food evenly and temperature settings seems to be inaccurate. It gets hotter than it’s says,

So, I just purchased my 2nd one. I bought the 1st one (this same unit) a smidge over 2 years ago. The 1st one unfortunately like overheated, burnt the food, turned itself off, and never came back to life (even after days of being unplugged & cooled). Really wish they would last longer, because it's a great unit...they just don't make things to last anymore. Large enough to cook a full meal for my household of 6, plus rotisserie, dehydrate, bake, etc etc. Easy to clean, too!

We love this little oven! So quick to heat up - we realized that due to the small size we use a lower heat setting and less time than recommended on recipes. I’ve read some comments that it didn’t last long but we’ve had our since sept and haven’t had any issues

I was really disappointed with this air fryer. The plastic materials feel extremely flimsy and cheap, which makes me question its durability. It doesn’t seem built to last, and I feel like I’m handling a product that could crack or break with regular use. For the price, I expected better quality materials. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and long-lasting appliance.

Bought this thinking it would be big enough for my family if 4 but I could only cooking in parts so we couldn’t eat together for the meal. 2 and 2. I haven’t used it since and sadly fear it will be another dust collector or in the dump somewhere.

I do not like that it doesn’t have handles. I also do not like that if you’re using both racks, the higher rack cooks faster. I’ve overcooked food because of this. Also, it is difficult to clean. I don’t like it at all.

It’s ok. It’s really not THAT BIG. The actual cooking area is small and average. The actual unit is ENORMOUS. The first time we washed the cooking wire trays they rusted. NOT GOOD. The settings for the items on the display are set for a ton of time! ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE, lower the cook time, or monitor your food! If you just got a button your food will over cook, get hard and burnt, or burn. Just pay attention. It’s nice unit BUT I don’t think the fryers price here and other places is good. Personally I think it’s too high. Will I keep it, yes. Do I want to keep it, not really. If I knew then what I know now before purchasing I would not have purchased it. I suspect the price will decrease when the reviews start REALLY coming in…

I was going to return it because the interior was so small, but to be honest it is amazing. I can’t believe how fast and perfect it cooks!! And a HUGE plus is being able to turn off the beeping! Took one star off for a few reasons- the oven tips when you open the door- you have to put pressure on top to keep it stable as you open it. If you use a tray to remove items you won’t have to worry about getting crumbs in door crevices- I also wish it came with a baking rack - the mesh is fine for dishes but if you bake cookies it sucks.
