Leaves undissolved detergent on clothes. Had to shake clothes out and rewash in another detergent. Total waste of money, at least for cold washings. Throw away and live and learn. I will not buy again.

Hello, jbird! Thank you for leaving us some feedback. We wanted to offer you a couple of suggestions that might help troubleshoot your pod not dissolving: 1. Try loading the pod directly into your empty drum before you add any laundry. 2. Check to see if you have "hard water" in your area. Our products were designed to work best in cold, soft, warm and hot water. 3. Make sure you aren't "over-stuffing" your washer. The pod needs lots of space and agitation to break down, adding too much laundry could hinder the pod from moving during the wash cycle. 4. (Top loading washing machines) Try placing the pod directly into an empty drum, run the water and when you see the pod has dissolved, add laundry. 5. Massage the pod gently so it’s soft. Good for whites not so much colors

These work well with whites which I wash in HOT water and soak for about an hour. However, for colors which I don't usually soak, I found that the pods don't dissolve as quickly as they should and I end up with undissolved granules in the clothes and I have to use an extra rinse to get it out. This is NOT a good thing, the company needs to reformulate so the pod AND powder dissolves completely in cold or warm water during an average wash cycle.

I chose the fragrance free version after having used the Vetiver scented one. It was good but I felt the scent was not very pronounced. I like this f.f. one because I can vary the essential oil scents I want with it. It cleans the laundry well but I think it works better in warm loads.
