We are now in the midst of a world wide pandemic and the release of this book is perfect timing. Suddenly, it is impossible to get a professional hair cut, makeup is seldom used, and dressing in our "Sunday Best" seems to be a vague memory. Amazing is certainly not the word we would use to describe ourselves right now because we tend to think in physical terms but author Amy Seiffert assures us that God sees each of us differently. He knows our thoughts and He sees our inner beauty and He thinks that "My grace looks amazing on you." God is offering us His wonderful gift of grace but are we willing to accept it? More importantly, are we willing to extend love and forgiveness to others? Will the amazing person that God sees be visible to others?
Most of us need encouragement and inspiration and Grace Looks Amazing On You is an ideal answer to our needs. There are one hundred devotions in this book and I felt like Seiffert was talking to me personally as she shares biblical truth with both humor and wisdom. The scripture, short devotion, and Grace Reflection for each day all contribute to make this an valuable resource for both personal devotion time or a group Bible study.

Amy Seiffert does it again!!!! Amazing way to remind us each day for 100 days of devotion on the amazing Grace of Christ. Each day has a different message with scripture as well as personal touches for this amazing lady. I think it is perfect this book is releasing in the situation we are currently going through in our world. (God planned for sure) I am personally a mom of four girls and my babies needs grace and lots of it but who also needs grace is this Mama!!! Here are some quotes I loved from the book:

I love this devotional! It's a great way to start the day with a quick reminder of how much God loves us. Amy's stories are so relatable and each one finds a way to draw you closer to God. This book is for anyone, young or old you will get something out of it.

This beautiful devotional will grasp the heart of every reader. A great gift idea or just when you want to purchase something extra for yourself the small size and hard cover add to this book's allure. Then the ultimate gift are each days' passages. Amy is a relatable yet deep thoughtful and wise writer. Her writing stirs your heart from day one and your journey through this book is blessed with her daily thoughts, insightfully chosen Bible verses, and then lastly the extra reflections added to each day to end your reading. I love the length of these devotions because one is easily able to read through before their day begins or to end the day with reading and reflecting. These words will bless you, make you think and really dig into grace. I received an early copy of this book from Tyndale Publishing, these are my own thoughts and opinions.

Grace Looks Amazing on You is encouraging, thought-provoking, and the daily devotions are quick, but powerful which is important to me as down time isn't always easy to come by as the mother of a toddler. Amy is completely relatable and that helps make the book feel personal. Through each word I felt seen, known, and encouraged. Amy hit it out of the park because this book is a must-have!

This devotional has been a blessing to me. Grace is such a beautiful word and Amy does a great job bringing the word to life. She writes about real life events, ones that I can relate and not feel so overwhelmed knowing I am not the only one going through the ups and downs. You will want to read this slowly, letting each word resonate. You will feel that a good friend is reading right along with you!

I love Amy’s writing style. She is a great storyteller and she also includes so much Biblical truth in each day’s reading. I have so enjoyed and been encouraged by each day’s devotional, and love that ultimately it’s Biblical truth that is what is shining through!

Reading Grace Looks Amazing on You has been a very timely for me gift for me. I have always struggled with grace. I am more of a truth gal, and have always longed to live a more grace filled life. The chapters are short, but meaty and perfect for the season of life I am in right now. It is a 100 day devotional that has given me things to chew on with practical steps to seek to live out. This is a must read and one that I will go back to over and over!

100 days of taking off the weight on my shoulders and focusing on the Grace given to me intentionally by a loving Lord. I loved this book!! I left each day feeling encouraged and loved and found myself more prepared to give myself more Grace. Seiffert is such an engaging author. She is authentic, funny, and really has a gift in bringing God's word to me in the minutes I have free before the rush of kids coming down the steps!

What a phenomenal journey! Each day is packed with 5-10 peaceful moments of a chain breaking reflection Amy brings forth. So many days lead me to pick up my journal I haven’t seemed to have time for since becoming a momma of 2 and just pouring my heart onto pages. It was/is incredibly freeing. Even in the non- journal days, each day has lead me to the cross. I’m forever grateful Amy would share her heart in this format to empower & encourage His People with truth.

When a book makes you laugh, cry, ask big questions, and soul search within its first chapters, you know it’s going to be a winner. That’s what Amy has done with her book Grace Looks Amazing On You. Within the first pages, her comparison of maturity and growth to that of a towering oak had me speechless. What a lovely take on the journey of life and God’s role in shaping us into something mighty. She helps her readers step back and look at the bigger, eternal picture all while weaving in hilarious anecdotes and real looks at her life as a wife and mom. I find myself already talking about this gem to the people in my life. Amy has touched my heart with it. God has touched my heart through her.

The book is so full of biblical encouragement and real life application. It is a daily devotional with focused Scripture and purposeful prayer, but it also makes you laugh, cry, and realize your worth in God’s eyes and the grace available to us. A book for women that is so needed, especially now.
