Q: Can you have the carry cot attached on top and a toddler seat attached to bottom of the Graco Nest 2 Grow double stroller?

Q: What makes this attachment different from the pramette position bassinet that comes with the Nest Modes system?

The Modes Carry Cot has a weight limit of 20 lbs and is able to be used outside of the stroller, where as the Modes Stroller seats that have a Pramette mode have a weight limit of 15 lbs and are not able to be used outside of the stroller.
