Q: When connecting the bouncer to the swing , does it suppose to snap and click or is it supposed to be lose ?

Q: I see this can hold up to 25 lbs but is there a child height limit as well?

A: Thanks for reaching out! When using the Duet Connect Deluxe in swing mode, it does not have a height limit, just the 25 lbs weight limit. When using it in bouncer mode, the recommended maximum height is 27 inch and the weight limit is 18lbs. Hope that helps!

I bought this swing back in May, I’ve already had to return it due to the vibration setting not working. This second one I have sounds like a plane about to take off - no idea why the vibration is so loud but we can’t even use it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bought the swing a month ago for my colic baby as the swaying and sounds soothed him., The swaying even on the lowest setting causes it to rock and one leg lift. The swinging has stopped working and sounds like the motor has run out. Would not recommend buying and this is a more expensive product that should last longer than 1 month.

Love the bouncer & swing combo! Love how it cradled baby, reclined for newborns and sat up a little higher for infants. Appreciated that I could easily transition baby from swing to bouncer wherever I moved in the house, she was right there with me. Honestly didn't have any of the issues that others had in the bad reviews. We used this swing until baby outgrew it, she loved it so much. I used mine between the living room and the kitchen (kept her happy while I made dinner). Highly recommended this product. And no, this is NOT a paid review.

There should be an immediate voluntary recall issued for this swing. I was gifted this swing for my newest baby. Although I'm not having the same issue with the buttons, sound or motor YET, the motor is definitely loud and sounds like it will be going out shortly. My main concern is that the swing leg lifts dramatically when the swing, sways to the left. We have checked and rechecked the frame and there seems to be a mistake in the design of this swing. I am on my 5th baby, and I have owned swings from the low end to the high end, with this one being on the higher end. I had asked for this one in particular because it was a combo of the swing and bouncer. Which I love but I am very unhappy and concerned with the safety of my new baby being in this swing.

What a great and functional swing/ bouncer combo! Gifted this set to my sister as she is a remote worker and she luvs it. She can still be on her computer and calls, hands free if needed while her newborn is just swinging. She’s detached the bouncer and brought from the great room to her office when needed. The versatility is awesome. Hubby put together quickly and their newborn was swinging peacefully in no time. Nice settings, gentle music and overall just a Wonderful product for the babies. As other customers stated, one side of this swing/bouncer lifts off the ground. Everything was fine with it. We only use occasionally and always used the swing flat on the ground. One day, it just started lifting up! Very scary! How is this product not being recalled for a safety hazard issue? It is also a waste of money that parents could be using on something else needed for their child/children. When I called to report it to Target, it didn’t seem to be a concern. Fortunately, I was able to return but I’m now having to look for another swing that we would deem safe.

Almost $200 for this thing is offensive. It is a complete piece of junk! This is my 4th baby so I’ve seen my fair share of swings. This one was so clunky and cheap feeling, plus the buttons don’t work half the time. And now after a few weeks of light use it has started to SQUEAK so loudly, I can’t even stand turning it on. DONT BUY THIS there are much cheaper swings for much better quality.

Received as a baby shower gift. Great in theory, but it stopped working within a month. Sounds like others have had very similar issues from other reviews. The seat portion takes batteries and still works but the swing/music stopped working and that is only powered by outlet. So disappointing. It is not a cheap product and I don't want to tell the gift giver that it broke.

The vibrating motor got hot, and stopped working within 3 weeks of use. Smelled like burning plastic and made a terrible noise, it would have most likely caught on fire, we removed the batteries and are no longer using it. Taking it apart there is an obvious hot spot inside the vibrating unit in the seat. They refuse to issue a recall because it hasn’t been complained about enough. Customer service is awful with graco. I will be returning to target, this swing isn’t safe.

The motor quit working within one month of use. I contacted Graco and after over a week of back and forth they said if I ship the entire thing back to them they will review it and decide if they will send me a replacement and will not reimburse for shipping costs. I even sent a video of it not working. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I did jump through all their hoops who knows how long it would be before I even get the unit back and with weight limits on these things it isn't worth. Just light $150 on fire before purchasing this.

My baby absolutely loved this swing since she came home from the hospital. She is 5 months now and is still loving it. Never had a problem with the swing itself or the buttons. when the vibration would stop, i would just replace the batteries and it would work good as new. complete lifesaver during the newborn stage.

Second swing we purchased and this one is the best! Had for 4 months so far and no issues with it. However, it does squeak when the baby is in it but it doesn’t phase the baby or us. We haven’t used the bouncer feature as we have a seperate one but the swing works great (but squeaky).

I don’t know why this has bad reviews?? It’s very easy to put together, I did it by my self in less than 30 minutes. On top of that, I love how it swings side to side. When my newborn is not wanting to sleep after feeding, I’ll put him in this swing for a little bit, and it puts him to sleep so that then I can transfer him to his bassinet. It’s perfect and a life saver !
