Q: How do you clean the pad in the newborn bassinet? Are there sheets for that pad? I don’t mean the larger mattress, but the pad in the portable bassinet part that goes on top of the Pack N Play

A: Thank you for reaching out! All of our playards come with a mattress which has been designed specifically for the playard. This model of playard is only compatible with the Quick Connect Waterproof Sheets that can be found on the Graco Baby website. For the safety of your child, we do not recommend adding any aftermarket mattresses or soft bedding to playards. Please be sure to review the manual for all safety guidelines prior to using your playard, and if you have question about safe sleep, please reach out to your pediatrician.

Box came damaged. I was going to return the item but the gift was for a baby shower on December 14th and the replacement was not arriving until after the shower date. I’m keeping the damaged box in hopes that the item is not damaged

The pack ‘n play is fantastic. Sturdy and well built. The problem we had is no instructions came with it and it wasn’t a simple set up. We had to go online to download the manual. Thank goodness we found it because even though we have set up many pack ‘n plays over the years this one was different and the instructions are necessary.

We got this for baby from our baby shower. We loved the bassinet and changing table when our baby first came home. We have it set up on our main floor as a second bed so we don’t have to go upstairs or carry a baby monitor around. We loved it so much we bought it for another family member as a shower gift.

My baby has also been sleeping in the bassinet since day 1, and now that she is 6 months old she still sleeps in it. It is great that it is so spacious as they outgrow bassinets quickly. My suggestion for others would be to buy a mattress when you remove the bassinet and lower the pack n play because when lowered, the floor tend to sink it.

We've also used it for traveling to avoid using hotel cribs. It is so convenient!! My only complaint is that the fabric on the attachable napper is not removable. I would love to be able to take it off and throw if in the washing machine. Still, definitely a registry must have that will last your baby through toddler years!

It matches the decor of my home and my baby enjoys being in it. The board is a bit hard but then again so are all the others. I place a blanket under the sheet to add extra cushion and it makes a difference
