Graco SnugRide SnugFit DLX Infant Car Seat features an Anti-Rebound Bar, which provides an additional layer of rear-facing safety by limiting rotation of the seat and your child in the event of an impact. The SnugFit line of infant car seats pairs safety technologies with easy installation and comfort features for your little one. Safety Surround side-impact technology provides the best head protection at every stage. SnugLock technology installs in less than one minute using vehicle seat belt or LATCH. The headrest and harness can be adjusted together while your child is in the seat with the front-adjust No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System. Graco’s exclusive InRight LATCH attachment provides an easy, one-second attachment with an audible click to help ensure secure installation. The 5-position adjustable base and an easy-to-read bubble level indicator help with proper installation. Infant head and body supports and harness covers offer a comfortable fit for your little one. Q: Hi two of these were gifted to me back in may and one of them is very hard to remove from the base from the beginning. I inquired online about this with my model number multiple times with no reply.

A: The car seat itself weighs almost 10 lbs. I weighed it myself after purchasing it. I got excited for nothing, thinking it was really going to be 7.2 lbs.

I liked the headrest for the first 2 months since it keeps their head and neck supported and head from bouncing around. But, after 2 months it seemed too tight on my baby’s head. And it’s impossible to keep a hat on since it rubs the sides and slides off as soon as the baby moves a tiny bit. Target’s website says the headrest IS removable, but it’s NOT as per the Graco instructions. So, the seat needed replaced when baby was only 2.5 months and 13 pounds, which is way before the height and weight limit was reached.

I have been using Seat Graco since my daughter was born until now (she is 8 months old). I really like this Car seat because it's too tight or too loose for a newborn baby. It gives me a very solid and smooth feeling. But it's a bit heavy for me. I'm Asian so I'm quite small so it's very difficult for me to move around when going somewhere

We love the Snugfit! It’s super lightweight, but is very secure in the base that it comes with. The base is very easy to install and it was quick to learn how to strap baby in and adjust the belts so he is snug.

I want to love this, but I hate it. The straps come directly below the head support but only the head fits between the head support so the straps come from above the shoulders, not below like it says they should in rear facing. Maybe it’s fine but the head supports make it so difficult to see how baby is positioned once in the seat and my poor baby looks like he is choking. In my opinion the head support just gets in the way from being able to get or even see if the fit is correct. Maybe this seat is fine if the baby is below average but one month in, it doesn’t seem like a good seat for even the average size baby. Especially if you want this seat to last you more than 3 months.
