A: It does come with LATCH. This booster seat connects to the anchors in your car with a convenient adjustable strap in the front. Not sure why GRACO answered the other question with the incorrect information.
A: Definitely does come with lower anchors.
A: Thank you for reaching out to Graco Baby! This style of booster seat does not come with a LATCH system to anchor to your vehicle seat. The LATCH does not provide any added security to the booster seat. On select models, the LATCH is an added feature but it's sole purpose is to prevent the booster from becoming a projectile in the event of an accident when it is unoccupied. The weight of your little one is meant to hold the booster seat into place. I hope that this helps!
A: Yes, they are under the seat and can be loosened by pushing up on a button on the seat front.
A: For 5yrs +. I suggest looking for a convertible car seat that can rear face & forward face. I really like the Graco 4ever. It is on the pricey side but it will last through all the stages.

A: No. Suggested age for booster is at LEAST 5 years old. Please do not put a 3 year old in a booster. There are a great deal of 5 pt seats for tall/heavy children.
A: No, a 3 year old doesn’t have the muscle development to with stand whiplash. A 3 year old should still be rear facing.
