I used Sizzle in a recipe that called for heating 1 Tbsp. over medium high heat before adding veggies (gas stove). A few moments later, I noted it left a couple large dark brown splotches on my stainless steel! I have never seen this happen with regular olive oil and I wonder if EVOO is indeed advisable for frying and sauteing. I thought this was supposed to have a high burn point? I know you now have a Frizzle oil that may be better - but what is Sizzle good got, then?

The minute I opened box I could smell the wonderful EVOO! It is so fragrant and flavorful I think I could drink it. Adds such great flavor to roasted veggies and dips. Will not disappoint. Comes in a nice squirt bottle for easy use. Do yourself a favor/ flavor and order today.

I first bought Sizzle because I can't stand the way screw-top oil bottles become coated with oil no matter how hard you try to be neat. I also liked the idea of cooking with an olive oil that was made to be heated. I didn't expect it to taste so good but it's delicious; even the aroma is rich & fresh. So this is my first time using 100% olive oil. I used to use spray avocado oil for cooking as well as olive oil, but it was not as rich as this. This oil gives my food a kick that is amazing! It's rich and tastes fresh which I love. Oh, did I mention, the design of the bottle is both functional and looks nice on the counter? I just love it!

I use Sizzle for all sauteing, baking, salads - green and grain, and popcorn! I usually use Drizzle for popcorn with a bit of extra fine salt. To help it stick, I use a Misto filled with Drizzle to spray the popped kernels before adding the salt, then stir and spray again. Sooo Good!
