I have always loved everything I have bought from lakeside but this bedspread feels like you are sleeping with a rug. Totally dissatisfied I hope after several washings it will soften up 3 washings in still dissatisfied.

We ordered a king, washed as directed and air dried. It doesn’t not cover the mattress. Not even a bedskirt would help give it a finished look because it is so short. We don’t have a thick mattress either. It’s a shame because it’s a great-looking quilt.

I bought this a few weeks ago, and I love it. It is nice and soft, it is just heavy enough for cool nights, I love how it is big enough for my king size bed to hang down low and give full coverage. I would recommend this quilt set to everyone. I also love the colors.
